Introduction
I am 31 years old and almost four years into a 34-year sentence in Colorado. I spend most of my time trying to stay healthy, reading, and working on getting out before my 60th birthday. Currently, I am working on an ineffective assistance of counsel claim in one of my two cases, and I will be repeating this claim in my other case shortly.
I like to read a lot, mostly historical fiction, fantasy, and military history. Some of my favorite authors are Bernard Cornwell, Ken Follett, Don Winslow, Brad Thor, George R.R. Martin, Sarah J. Maas, and many others for fiction, and Robert Greene's Power Series for non-fiction. I read any and everything. Two years ago, I started studying foreign languages and found that I really enjoy language learning. I study Russian and every now and then and hope to meet new friends from Russia who are able to help me practice. I also study Spanish and never have a hard time finding a native speaker to help me learn. I follow the news very closely, especially foreign affairs and events. I try to eat as healthy as I can in here and exercise regularly. I'm 5'10" and 200 pounds. I don't lift weights much; I have found that running, along with pull-ups, push-ups, and other calisthenics, helps me stay in the best shape. I look forward to meeting new friends to learn and grow with.
